Prototype - River Shannon Shawlette |
This is the prototype of a one skein shawlette I am working on. There are a few changes I want to make in the next draft, but overall I am excited about how it turned out. The most difficult part has been writing up the pattern. It will need to be tested many times!

Jubilee Super Soxx - Denim the end of the skein |
This is what is left if the skein. I could have made the middle section a bit longer!

Blocking the shawlette |
After it's dry and off the blocking mats I can see if it is a good shawl shape. The next one will be knit in a solid or maybe a tonal colour for comparison.

Before Blocking |
Send me a message if you want to be a pattern tester. You will need 1 skein off fingering weight (sock) yarn and 4.5mm needles.
More to come on this later.
